1. Who we are
Alkamnja is an online music education platform owned and run by Mohamed Adel Raafat (OBIT). By using the site or buying any course, you agree to these terms.
2. Your account
Your account is created automatically on your email when you complete a purchase. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details private, and the account is personal: sharing the account or its credentials with others exposes it to suspension.
3. Licence and use
Buying the course gives you a personal, non-exclusive licence to watch the content for life on your own devices. Downloading, recording, republishing, selling or sharing the videos in any form is not permitted. All content, videos, files and exercises, is the intellectual property of Mohamed Adel Raafat.
4. Prices and payment
Payment is one time with no subscription, in Egyptian pounds through Paymob (bank cards and mobile wallets). Offer prices apply only for the announced offer period, and the price at the time of purchase is the binding one.
5. Refunds
You have the right to a full refund within 7 days of purchase without giving a reason. The details are in the privacy and refund policy.
6. Updates and availability
Any lessons or updates added to the course you bought reach you for free. We make every effort to keep the platform available around the clock, with the possibility of brief maintenance downtime.
