Course not for you? Message us on WhatsApp at +20 114 851 8373 within 7 days of purchase, and all your money returns by the same payment method within 5 to 10 working days. No questions and no hidden conditions.
Refund policy in detail
The request is made through WhatsApp or the contact page using the same email you purchased with. The refund covers the full amount paid and is made back to the card or wallet you paid with through Paymob. After a refund, access to the course stops. After 7 days from purchase we cannot refund, but the support team stays with you for any technical or learning problem.
What data do we collect?
Your name, email and phone number when you buy or get in touch, and your lesson progress (what you finished and where you stopped) so we can continue with you from the same point. Card details are handled entirely by Paymob: we never see them and never store them.
What do we use your data for?
Running your account and saving your progress, answering your questions, and sending important emails about your courses (a new lesson arriving, Mohamed replying to your question). We may send offers, and you can stop them with one click from any email.
Who sees your data?
Nobody beyond the essential service providers: Paymob for payment, Bunny.net for video streaming, and the email provider. We do not sell your data and do not share it with any third party for marketing.
Your rights
At any time you can request a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account permanently, through the contact page or WhatsApp.
